DealerScout is operated by Santorian Digital. This policy explains how we use personal data when dealerships and their staff use DealerScout.
Information we collect
We process account details, dealership details, saved-search preferences, notification destinations, product activity, billing identifiers and support communications. We also retain marketplace listing data needed to provide matching and alert services.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, operate saved searches, deliver alerts, maintain watchlists, provide billing and support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve the service.
Service providers
We use specialist providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing, Twilio for SMS, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, and marketplace/API providers such as eBay and Apify. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.
Retention and security
We retain account and operational records while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, security and support purposes. We use access controls, encrypted transport and tenant isolation, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update notification settings in DealerScout and reply STOP to supported SMS alerts. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of your personal data and object to certain processing.
Contact
For privacy requests, contact us through the DealerScout support page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
